Cynthia Erivo Wore McQueen To The ‘Wicked: For Good’ BAFTA and AMPAS Tastemaker Screening
Looks like press duties for Wicked: For Good aren’t quite finished yet. Cynthia Erivo attended the BAFTA and AMPAS Tastemaker screening in London on Thursday, ahead of the 2025 BAFTA Film Awards nominations announcement on January 22, with the ceremony set for February 22, 2026.
If there’s one thing Cynthia has mastered over the course of this press cycle, it’s consistency without repetition. Each appearance feels connected, and this McQueen Spring 2026 look fits neatly into that ongoing narrative.
The sharply tailored McQueen jacket featuring a gold leaf–embroidered collar, layered over a camisole trimmed with floral devoré is all about structure, but the asymmetric black floral devoré skirt brought softness and texture into play.
I don’t know about you, but the black leather McQueen Manta Maxi bag was slightly overwhelming for her, and the outfit. I wish it was styled with the Manta clutch.
Her footwear deserves special attention. While Cynthia has relied heavily on her Christian Louboutin Hot Chick pumps and Dolly Boot Alta boots throughout the tour, these Christian Louboutin Km Lace Botta knee-high boots took my breath away. I love how the delicate floral lace juxtaposes with the vivid red sole.
