Kelsea Ballerini Wore Christian Siriano To The 2025 CMA Awards

Kelsea Ballerini attended the 2025 CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, where she was nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year. While the award ultimately went to Lainey Wilson, Kelsea’s red carpet moment ensured she still had the spotlight.

The singer chose a Christian Siriano Fall 2025 strapless red dress, which some may have initially thought it was Lever Couture. The assumption would have been fair. The swirling construction and sculpted tulle have become such a signature for Lever, but it’s not entirely exclusive to the label.

What I appreciate is the romance baked into the design. The rose-like spiral blooming from the skirt gives the dress its drama and softness at once. But from the side, the transparency becomes a little more daring, reminding you that this is a country star who doesn’t mind making a sultry statement when the occasion calls for it.

Kelsea completed the look with a matching red lip and ruby Christian Louboutin Sporty Kate pumps, fully committing to the monochrome fantasy. Maybe the Wicked press tour is rubbing off on everyone, because ruby pumps will always feel like a subtle nod to Dorothy. After all, there’s no place like the CMAs.
