Rebecca Patricia Armstrong Wore Chanel To The EmQuartier Boutique Opening

A new designer often means a new roster of brand ambassadors—just ask Marion Cotillard, who parted ways with Dior in 2017 when Maria Grazia Chiuri took the reins. So when Rebecca Patricia Armstrong skipped wearing Chanel at Cannes and was absent from the Fall 2025 Haute Couture show, I couldn’t help but wonder: was her Chanel era quietly over with Matthieu Blazy stepping in?

Today, that speculation ended. Becky was front and centre at the grand opening of the Chanel boutique in EmQuartier, Thailand, and she did it in the most playful way possible. Her Chanel Fall 2025 mini dress was fresh, youthful, and brimming with energy. You may remember that Clémence Poésy wore the same print during the Deauville Film Festival last week.

What sealed the deal for me, though, were the accessories. The mini bag was cute, but those Chanel Mary Jane pumps stole my heart—set on oversized pearl heels topped with the double C. Quirky yet elegant, exactly what you want Chanel to be.

Matthieu Blazy’s debut next month is next month. Hopefully, Becky will be sitting front row.
