Celebrities at the CHANEL Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner
On Monday night, Chanel gathered its stylish inner circle at The Odeon in New York City to host the 18th annual Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner. The intimate affair honoured a talented group of visual artists who created original pieces for this year’s winning filmmakers—and naturally, the guest list was packed with some of the brand’s most beloved friends and muses.

When in doubt, add sparkle
Blake Lively—known for never meeting an accessory she didn’t like—surprised us all by keeping things relatively pared back. Her Chanel knit dress did all the talking, with its chic simplicity, but true to form, she couldn’t resist sneaking in a bit of drama via a glittering pair of heels. The restraint may be new, but she’s still Blake.

These tights are starting to feel like a permanent fixture
Laufey seems to be starting a red carpet streak with her white lace tights. They added a touch of whimsy to her Chanel pink wool dress, giving it a vintage flair that suits her style. Obviously she couldn’t carry her beloved cat clutch, opting for a Chanel camera bag instead.

This look came with a plot twist
After a run of dreamy gowns promoting How to Train Your Dragon, Nico Parker switched gears in a Chanel tweed skirt styled with a sheer lace underlay. It was an unexpected twist from her usual ethereal looks, and it gave her a bit of that cool-girl nonchalance that fits right in at The Odeon.

When the assignment is Parisian chic
Maude Apatow kept it classic and crisp in a Chanel LBD. From the cut, the contrast, the bow and to the attitude, it was straight out of the Paris playbook. Très bien.

Let’s hear it for the unexpected
Whitney Peak continues to remix Chanel codes in her own way. Instead of leaning into the dressier side of the brand, she went for a shearling cropped jacket (which, yes, isn’t doing much insulating) over jeans, topped off with a black and gold Chanel clutch. She doesn’t walk the predictable path—and I’m here for that.

Meh
Lily Allen and Chanel go way back, but this time, her black satin jacket didn’t quite excite. It felt a bit too muted for the British singer.
There were plenty more chic moments from the night—see the carousel below for more.
