Blake Lively Wore Sergio Hudson To The ‘Another Simple Favor’ After-Party

Blake Lively kept the party going after the Another Simple Favor premiere, heading over to Twin Tales in New York City on Sunday night.

Yellow has always been Blake’s colour. I mean, who could forget that 2012 Gucci gown at the Savages premiere? Or the 2017 Brandon Maxwell moment for Good Morning America? My personal favourite will forever be the sunny Retrofête ‘Rebecca’ dress she wore to the 2019 Pokémon Detective Pikachu premiere — a literal ray of sunshine.

So, when I saw Blake in this Sergio Hudson Spring 2025 yellow t-shirt and matching belt paired with a gold silk skirt, my heart should’ve skipped a beat…but instead, it did a déjà vu double take as Beyonce wore this exact look to the 2024 Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Still, if we’re comparing this to Blake’s premiere look earlier in the night, this was miles better. A country mile better.

There was a lot more restraint in the styling department, and it paid off. Lorraine Schwartz yellow stone and diamond jewels including a cute pair of lemon drop earrings were the perfect sparkling touch, and I loved the cheeky nod of reusing the Judith Leiber Martini clutch from her SXSW Film Festival appearance.

Some might cry recency bias, but honestly, this is hands down her best look from the Another Simple Favor press tour so far. Fun, fresh, vibrant — the Blake Lively I adore.
