Sadie Sink Wore Prada To The O’Dessa SXSW Premiere

Sadie Sink made her long-awaited return to the red carpet for the O’Dessa premiere at SXSW, and she did so in a Prada organza white dress that had all the makings of a great comeback moment—almost.

Sadie Sink Wore Prada To The O'Dessa SXSW Premiere

The layered bralet and column skirt gave the look an ethereal, modern quality that felt right in line with some of her best past red carpet moments. It had that cool, slightly undone elegance that Prada does so well. But then, there was the belt.

Prada’s signature leather belt, which has been cropping up on the red carpet, ties this piece into the Spring 2025 collection. But honestly? It feels like a forced addition rather than an enhancement. The belt disrupts the fluidity of the dress, making it feel unnecessarily weighed down. And it’s not just this look—Prada has been on a mission to make these belts happen, but I remain unconvinced.

The good news? The dress itself is lovely, and Sadie wears it with her usual poise. But if I could tweak one thing, I’d say keep the Justine Clenquet necklace, ditch the belt.
