Caterina Murino Wore Armani Privé To The 2023 Venice Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Former Bond girl Caterina Murino attended the opening ceremony for the 2023 Venice International Film Festival this evening (August 30), as the godmother of the ceremony.

To say I have felt deflated since the SAG strike would be the understatement of the century.

So, I was delighted to see glamour make a return to the red carpet for the first time in over a month.

I said that the Italian actresses would not let us down at this festival, and Caterina Murino was living proof as she stepped onto the red carpet wearing a red Armani Privé Fall 2014 strapless embellished gown.

This gown was first worn by Allison Williams to the 2015 Golden Globes Awards, and I’m not even mad that we have a rerun.

In fact, it feels even more magical the second time around, perhaps on account of the lack of red carpet glamour in recent times.

Or it’s simply the case that Caterina’s aura is so captivating.

Cartier jewels including a gold reverse choker completed her look.
