She’s back.
The Tilda Swinton we all know and love returned to the red carpet for The Fashion Awards 2022 which was held at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday (December 5) in London, giving us the energy we expected (yet didn’t receive) during the 2022 Cannes and Venice Film Festival.
The actress wore a Charles Jeffrey Loverly dress and coat, so we got a two for one special.
Charles Jeffrey is a Central Saint Martins graduate who specialises in painterly prints and avant-garde silhouettes, which we see in both pieces.
The intricate details reveal his specialist couture training and the print showcase is unapologetically flamboyant style which what was needed to restart Tilda’s fashion mojo.
I would’ve cried had she opted for another Chanel drab-fest for this event.
The charming retro vibe of the rockabilly hairstyle sealed this as a win for me.
