You would be right, because the red carpet queen of sustainable fashion first wore this look back in 2020 during the Venice Film Festival.
The only difference as I can see it is the hairstyle, and that they appeared to have nipped the waist in by pinning the blazer to the dress.
I prefer this sleeker feel of this second outing.

I love how he infused red cuffs, a collarless shirt, and the Lily pin (brooches are becoming his new signature) with refined sophistication.
Alexander McQueen is swiftly becoming Sadie Sink’s go-to brand.
The actress seems to be most drawn to the brand’s decorative, embroidered pieces.
On this occasion she looked as beautiful as ever wearing a Resort 2022 tulle, bell flower embroidered dress styled with a selection of Fred Leighton jewels and the Alexander McQueen Punk pumps which I’m seeing on the red carpet for the first time in white.
