Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge joined many senior royals who gathered at St George’s Chapel for the Order of the Garter Service Windsor on Monday (June 13) in England.
For the royal celebratory ceremony, the Duchess wore an Alexander McQueen dress.
While most of us prefer her solo outings where her style is more relaxed, this return of the coat-style dress is to be expected when in the presence of senior royals.
I adore this colour on her. Navy tends to be her favourite shade of blue to complement her sapphire jewels, but I love this periwinkle blue shade which is perfect for summer.
Considering the exhausting heat wave here, the open neckline feels like a smart idea to keep cool while still presenting a formal outlook.
