Vanessa Hudgens Wore Vera Wang, Versace & Valentino To The 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards
Vanessa Hudgens was the host for the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards held at the Barker Hangar on Sunday (June 5) in Santa Monica, California, where three of her looks caught my eye.
Unlike Jennifer Lopez, the wind machine was kind to Vanessa, as it elevated – quite literally – her custom Vera Wang chiffon dress.
I was really enamoured by the colour, sultriness, and delicateness.
Seeing the dress billowing like this was a great way to ensure the host was the centre of attention before she set the party-ready mood.
As you know I’m a huge fan of whenever Vanessa chooses to wear Versace.
I think it’s the perfect brand fit for her as Vanessa’s Atelier Versace gown for the 2022 SAG Awards remains one of her best ever red carpet looks.
On this occasion she went for a more playful vibe wearing a Versace Spring 2022 bralette top, which features the Barocco Goddess print, and mini skirt – which she appears to have modified.
The handkerchief is a little distracting on the bra, but I did enjoy the three Safety Pins in contrasting colours for a refreshing take on the brand’s iconic signature.
The neckline on this Valentino Fall 2022 Pink PP collection dress continues to make me nervous.
First Nicole Peltz-Beckham, then Elsa Hosk and now Vanessa.
It looks like those Valentino Garavani Discobox patent leather pumps are higher than the ‘Tan-Go’ pumps.
I can’t say I’m a big fan of this look. I don’t think it does anything for her.
