Sofia Carson Wore Iris Van Herpen Haute Couture To The 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards

One thing you can’t say as often about Sofia Carson these days, is that her red carpet style is predictable.

This was proven once again while attending the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards held at the Barker Hangar on Sunday (June 5) in Santa Monica, California.

Any awards ceremony with MTV in the title has not deterred Sofia from giving us gala gown moments in Giambattista Valli Haute Couture, Valentino, Carolina Herrera, and Dior.

But on this occasion, she served up something new wearing an Iris van Herpen Fall 2017 Haute Couture striped gown with voluminous sleeves.

Some might say this is hardly new considering the delicate nature of the look, but I would disagree.

We have a new designer, a daring cut-out, and a step outside her comfort-zone.

I love this entire look for her because we know, not everyone can pull off Iris van Herpen.

The look was styled with Marli New York tanzanite and diamond jewelry.
