2021 American Music Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2021 American Music Awards red carpet hosted many more celebrities on Sunday (November 21) Los Angeles, California.

Halle Bailey joined her sister Chloe Bailey on the red carpet wearing a chocolate velvet LaQuan Smith Fall 2021 lace up dress, which was even more revealing than Chloe’s.

I’m confused. I thought Chloe was supposed to be the more provocative one.

If you told me to list names of celebrities who would wear this dress, I would never have selected Halle.

But I can’t deny that she’s rocking the dress. I also love how her bronze Stuart Weitzman Jaxie strappy sandals tie in (no pun intended) with her dress.

When it comes to Kali Uchis in this Dolce & Gabbana look, the best thing about it is the robe.

Sadly she didn’t use it to cover up everything underneath it.

Marsai Martin gave us a second look at this Misson Spring 2022 colourful dress, soon after it was first worn by Cindy Crawford at last weeks 2021 InStyle Awards.

Silver Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals completed her look.

I was a huge fan of Becky G’s colourful Carolina Herrera dress at the Latin Grammy Awards.

This is probably impacting my opinion of this Raisa Vanessa Fall 2021 purple cut-out dress which feels slightly underwhelming in comparison.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ finalist JoJo Siwa was almost unrecognisable without her signature ponytail and gigantic bow.

This was her first AMAs, first red carpet gown, and the first time wearing Louboutins.

Methinks this was one of the best of the night.

The other JoJo was also unrecognisable from the girl I used to know.

She stepped onto the red carpet wearing a custom dress by one of Anitta’s favourite designers; Usama Ishtay.

This silver Swarovski crystal chainmail bustier long dress is very much a music ceremony dress. We can’t deny that.

I’m just wondering how much longer this side cut outs with revealing thong trend is going to be a thing.

Like Liza Koshy, Tate McRae wore a look from the Annakiki Fall 2021 collection.

Tate also opted to make the look with her styling, and I ain’t mad at the end result as this is what I always like to see from celebrities – their own interpretation, instead of copying the entire runway look.

Some might feel that the boots are too heavy, but I love how the toughen up this look.
