Jennifer Hudson Wore Dolce & Gabbana To The 2021 CMA Awards
Jennifer Hudson joined Nicole Kidman on the red carpet for the 2021 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 10) in Nashville, Tennessee, where she performed Aretha Franklin’s ‘Night Life,’ and ‘You Are My Sunshine’ with Chris Stapleton, in tribute to the late Queen of Soul, whom she portrayed in the biopic ‘Respect.’
The actress-singer has enjoyed plenty of success wearing Dolce & Gabbana in 2021.
Her biggest moment was at the ‘Respect’ LA premiere, followed by her performance at the ‘We Love NYC: The Homecoming Concert’ and the 2021 BET Awards.
When it comes to this Dolce & Gabbana dress-jumpsuit hybrid, I want to love this so bad, but the between the not-so-flattering fit of the bodice, and the fingerless gloves, I’m struggling.
The colour is s.t.u.n.n.i.n.g.
I adore this rich burgundy hue on her. This should have been a knockout moment for her.
But the top half, including the addiction of the necklaces, failed to get this over the line.
I’m kinda wishing that this had a halter neckline.
