Timothée Chalamet Wore Haider Ackermann & Rick Owens To The 2021 Met Gala

Timothée Chalamet was on the red carpet early for the 2021 Met Gala held on Sunday (September 13).

He was the one person everyone wanted to see.

And to the honest.  Much like Harry Styles in 2019, I’m underwhelmed.

While I do love the top half of his Haider Ackermann custom look which features a contrast popped collar, everything from the waist down is way too sloppy for me.

I could’ve perhaps forced myself to live with the Rick Owens sweatpants, but the Converse sneakers – clearly worn to ensure this look was at least two thirds American – didn’t work for me.

Some might go crazy over this on account of the wearer, but I know he can do better than this.

He kinda phoned this in for me.  Which is understandable to some degree as he has been promoting his new film ‘Dune.’
