Helen Mirren Wore Max Mara & Lafayette 148 Promoting ‘Fast & Furious 9’
Helen Mirren has been busy promoting ‘Fast & Furious 9’ this week with looks that see her embrace a wardrobe overflowing with colour.
The first is a raspberry Max Mara Bairo dress from the Spring 2021 collection.
On the face of things this is a simple relaxed shirt-style dress, but blouson sleeves and a frilled waistline lend a whisper of elegance, which is heightened by her colourful styling.
I’m already dreading asking you which look is your favourite, because I love this Lafayette 148 pink suit, just as much as the first look.
What really stands out for me is the bold pairing of the emerald green Cami NYC camisole and the matching Roger Vivier shoes.
This is so unexpected yet works seamlessly.
I wouldn’t have been so bold. As I would’ve opted for a safe shade like sage green, as colour pairings always hinge on shade and proportion, but she nailed it.
Both looks were styled with coordinating Roger Vivier I Love Vivier pumps and David Webb jewels.
