Megan Thee Stallion Wore Dolce & Gabbana & L.A. ROXX For Her 2021 Grammy Awards Performances

Megan The Stallion donned three looks for her performances during the 2021 Grammy Awards on Sunday, following her red carpet appearance.

She began the performance of ‘Body’ wearing a dramatic Dolce & Gabbana feather cape enriched with Swarovski crystal detailing.

This was perhaps her best moment of the night.

As someone who zooms into details.  I didn’t understand why the bodysuit wasn’t tucked into the embellished boots.

The headdress and cape were removed to reveal a glamorous nude illusion bodycon suit with fringed detailing and Swarovski crystal accents.

Megan took a moment at the top of the stage to do a quick outfit change for her performance of ‘Savage.’

This caged corseted bodysuit by Dolce & Gabbana was entirely encrusted with Swarovski crystals.

At this point I realised why the bodysuit wasn’t tucked into booties.

Both looks were designed under the Creative Direction of Bryan Hearns.

After picking up awards for Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance, the mood changed when the rapper performed ‘WAP’ with Cardi B.

Things took a futuristic turn as she came out on stage wearing a custom L.A. ROXX mirror robot bodysuit and corset.

I love the idea, but the fabric looks very plasticky and…dare I say cheap.

I hope by the time the 2022 Grammys roll around, that Megan has a glam team, who can push the boundaries and execute looks that match her stature.
