Monica Wore Balmain Campaigning For Biden In Georgia
Monica was encouraging her 9.3 million Instagram followers to vote, as she posed alongside former president Barack Obama as they were campaigning for Biden in Georgia on Monday (November 2).
She captioned the post, “Uncontainable Joy as I think of the possibility that lies ahead when the proper change is implemented! GO VOTE… Vote like your life depends on it, because IT DOES! @joebiden & @kamalaharris have my Vote @barackobama still has a special place in our History & Hearts!!”
In the picture she was fall ready wearing a coat from Balmain.
The neon yellow is very much giving me Spring 2021 collection vibes, but this coat actually hails from the Fall 2020 collection.
I love military influences that punctuate this classic double breasted design, how the curves of the design follows figure, and how the bold hue adds a modern touch.
With a such an intense hue she was smart to keep the rest of the look in one neutral tone in grey.
She was right to make the coat the hero piece.
