H&M Modesty Collection

Last week H&M launched a new kaftan collection in response to the growing consumer interest in clothes that cover the skin.

This Modesty Collection could be timed for Ramadan which starts on the evening of Thursday 23 April.

Ramadan marks the beginning of a spiritual break where people focus on recharging and connecting with their spirituality – something some of us have been doing during this lockdown period.

Traditionally women like to dress modestly during the entire month, but as I have said before, modest doesn’t mean boring.

These elegant kaftans with their free-flowing silhouettes and festive colours are the epitome of comfy chic. 

Three of my favourites include the H&M balloon sleeve satin dress. The hot pink H&M glossy kaftan which has endless styling possibilities.

And the H&M large-flowered kaftan that looks beach-ready.
