Gal Gadot For Vogue US May 2020

Gal Gadot was shot by Annie Leibovitz for the May 2020 US Vogue issue wearing a Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2020 dazzling dress which was originally  modeled by LV ambassador Léa Seydoux for the brands look book.

The Israeli actress, who is the heroine of film sequel ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ – which is set for release this August – shared the cover with her followers.

The caption read:

“This was shot at Vasquez rocks a few months back, who could have imagined what was coming?”

Last month the actress tweeted to say studio Warner Bros had pushed back the release of Wonder Woman 1984.

She wrote: “In these dark and scary times, I am looking forward to a brighter future ahead. Where we can share the power of cinema together again.

“Excited to redate our WW84 film to August 14, 2020. I hope everyone is safe. Sending my love to you all.”

In her interview Gal talks about how she landed her superhero role, her transition from living in Israel to living in L.A. and how she and her family are coping with the ongoing pandemic.

You can read the whole interview and see the rest of her editorial which sees her wearing  Iris van Herpen Haute Couture, Schiaparelli Haute Couture, Tom Ford and Dior Haute Couture at vogue.com.
