Elle Fanning Wore Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini On ‘The Late Late Show With James Corden’

James Corden welcomed guests Annette Bening (‘Hope Gap’) and Elle Fanning (‘All The Bright Places), who have known each other since Elle was 13 and they worked together on ‘Ginger and Rosa,’ a film where Elle had her actual first kiss.

If you felt that Elle’s two black outings in Gucci and Armani Prive spelled the end of her love for all things white, nude or neutral…this latest look from Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini’s Spring 2020 collection will squash that…sorry, not sorry.

Yes, I did believe this was a jumpsuit at first.

My heart always skips several beats when I see a combo like this, but I actually became more excited about this as a two pieces, as the styling possibilities are endless.

I can picture myself wearing that peplum blouse with jeans, black cigarette pants, green culottes, a tan A-line skirt, even denim shorts…my mind is racing right now.

Elle’s decision to match the look was perfect for a TV appearance as she was glistening from head to toe.

I will say I preferred the belt worn on the runway, but the floral waistband was so very Elle, as it was a charming and feminine touch.
