Lucy Boynton attended the 2020 Oscars on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Taking a rare night of channeling her love for ’60s fashion, the British actress opted to fusing menswear and feminine details, wearing a black and white Chanel Spring 2020 gown featured a tiered skirt, puffy sleeves and a bib collar.

I’m not convinced this is setting as well on Lucy.

Regardless, ‘The Politician’ actress’ real specialty may be hair and makeup, and she didn’t disappoint.

Following Charlize Theron’s example from the 2020 SAG Awards, Lucy dotted pearls along her deep side part and topped it off with a red lip.

When it comes to style ambition, Lucy may be one of the actresses working the hardest to take fashion risks, sometimes at expense of what is simply flattering.
