Florence Pugh In Louis Vuitton – 2020 Oscars

Many of might agree that things can only go up and get better after Florence Pugh’s last red carpet at the BAFTAs. And, I would say that is true of her appearance tonight (February 9) at the 2020 Oscars in LA.

The ‘Little Women’ starlet and nominee is clearly still finding her style footing, seeking the right balance between experimental fun with event appropriateness.

Here, a custom Louis Vuitton high-low frock was her balancing act du jour.

I like the vibrancy of the colour, but I will also talk out of both sides of my mouth and say that the design of this dress may have translated more sophisticatedly in a less bold hue.

The matching sandals are what really took it to prom-pageant territory, though.

However, the drama of the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry necklace attempted to bring it back from prom to the Oscars.
