Julianna Margulies attended the Project ALS 21st Annual New York City Gala held at Cipriani 42nd Street on Wednesday (October 23).

There are many fashion unions that have fallen by the wayside, and others that are still going strong.

Julianna Margulies and Narciso Rodriguez is as strong as Cate Blanchett and Armani.

‘The Good Wife’ actress does wear colour from time to time, but she tends to be at her very best in her favourite colour; black.

Narciso Rodriguez’s LBDs are distinguished by his elegantly silhouettes, and the body-skimming style.

On this occasion the asymmetric neckline gives this piece some distinction.

I loved this look until I got to the shoes.  While the silver does work with the shimmer beaming from this dress, I found the three straps a tad fussy.
