Kacey Musgraves is the subject of a new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum that opens today (July 2), and runs through June 2020.
The exhibit follows the critically acclaimed ‘Golden Hour’ album that has earned the country singer four Grammys; including country album of the year and album of the year.
At the exhibit you will see song manuscripts, and even some evidence of her getting in trouble in high school, but I was particularly interested in the ‘Fierce Fashion’ section, which features an elaborate array of her fashions through the years, including her Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown from the Oscars, and her most recent outing in Moschino for the Met Gala – including her Barbie-style blonde wig.
With those two main attractions in pretty pink hues, I was not surprised that her custom Carolina Herrera dress followed the same vein.
The dainty mini with a might ruffle, was interestingly styled with an Edie Parker rainbow clutch and ombre Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps which followed the same colour code.
Such a shame about the creases.
