Lucy Liu In Christian Siriano – 2019 Tony Awards

Lucy Liu kicks off my coverage of the 2019 Tony Awards which took place on Sunday (June 9) in New York City.

If you’ve been following me for some time, you’ll know that Lucy Liu is one of my red carpet favourites.

On this occasion she showed why, wearing a breath-taking tulle purple gown which was custom-made by the incredibly talented Christian Siriano.

The colour is gorgeous against her skin, it’s princess-like without a hint saccharine, plus her emerald accessories from Lorraine Schwartz and Tyler Ellis (clutch) enlivened the look further.

I’ve only just started working on this event, yet I have a feeling this might be my favourite.
