Queen Maxima of The Netherlands Gives This Stella McCartney Gown Its Third Outing

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands were spotted leaving the Royal Palace after the annual gala dinner for the Diplomatic Corps on Tuesday (April 9) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The monarch was looking as lovely as ever wearing a stunning Stella McCartney one-sleeve gown which she teamed with the Dutch royal family’s antique pearl tiara, which is an incredible pearl and diamond headpiece – most notably worn for her official 40th birthday portrait back in 2011.
This wasn’t the first time out for this gorgeous gown.
Royal-watchers will recognise that this dress has already been worn by another European royal: Princess Charlene of Monaco who chose it for the Laureus World Sports Awards back in February 2018.
But it was actually Kate Hudson who gave the gown its red carpet debut back in 2017 at the Met Gala as a guest of her designer.
Even if I discount the tiara, I still love this look on Queen Maxima the most, for the stunning brooch she added to the look.
