Tessa Thompson attended the Refinery29 Host Sex, Politics, Film & TV reception during the Sundance Film Festival on Sunday (January 27).

Surprisingly, the quilted skirt of the Pyer Moss Spring 2019 outfit isn’t the only thing to jump out thanks to the other strong elements in the ensemble.

The ‘Westworld’ actress winterized the T-shirt and skirt with a maroon furry topper and statement boots.

It’s a lot of look, but I’m not completely opposed to it. I would have liked to see shorter boots and the skirt adjusted so the wrap detail was more visible.

I predict some people might compare the latter garment to a quilted headboard.
