It was a case of new year, new red carpet designer at screening of SYFY’s new series ‘Deadly Class’ at The Roxy Theatre on Thursday (January 3) in West Hollywood, California.

Up-and-coming actress Maria Gabriela de Faria, supported up-and-coming fashion brand floret.al by wearing their chartreuse abstract check jacquard power suit, making a solid impact by opting to wear it without at blouse.

If your first thought is, “I wish she had worn the red shoes,” I wouldn’t agree.

With her goth-style dark makeup, I don’t think red sandals would’ve worked here.

Scrap that goth make up and the black pumps and keep the red sandals but the suit is great though I think the fit on the pants appears better in the look book.

I LOVE this suit, but the lookbook is far superior.

    Lookbook much better put together.
The proportions on her are funny. The makeup is terrible.

I actually like the suit, it’s quirky and tailored well for her. The lookbook shoe probably didn’t fit the ‘cool’ vibe she was going for, but her choice doesn’t complement the look and shortens her.

omg i remember watching the promo for the nick show she was in when i was a kid! sadly i don’t like this look. the proportions are off for starters, the makeup is too harsh and those shoes don’t work.

That make up doesn’t work from a distance, it looks beyond harsh. The suit is interesting, but with these shoes it looks like the legs end in stumps.
