9th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic
The 9th annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic took place at Will Rogers State Historic Park on Saturday (October 6) in Pacific Palisades, California, with a host of celebrities in attendance.
Camilla Belle: I would’ve expected Camilla to opt for the typical floral, summery dress for this event, so I was pleasantly surprised by this Novis Fall 2018 jumpsuit. Her one-and-done piece should’ve been enhance with better accessories. Both the pink Ming Ray bag and chunky footwear didn’t work for me.
Olivia Wilde: The easy breezy vibe of her Alice + Olivia Spring 2019 suit would’ve been digested better had the trouser been taken up a few inches. I love that she went sans blouse and the accessories which included a Lidia May bag added a fun element.
Angela Sarafyan: The ‘Westworld’ actress can do no wrong, and this summer garden party ready jumpsuit is a glowing testament to that fact. If you didn’t like the accessories worn by Olivia and Camilla, I’m sure you’ll agree that Angela’s was far more complementary.
Kaley Cuoco: Florals and jumpsuits appeared to be the order of the day for most at this event, but Kaley was marching to the beat of her own drum in Fendi’s Pre-Fall 2018 look styled with monk strap shoe for a boyish flourish.
Victoria Justice: Some might feel this was OTT for the event, but I love this polka dot Aje one-sleeve dress for its sense of fun and vintage feminine glamour. Sam Edelman’s ‘Yaro’ PVC sandals completed her look.
Christina Hendricks: The’ Mad Men’ actress may have ticked off all the boxes with the straw hat and floral Alice + Olivia Pre-Fall 2018 frock, but did this look work for you?
Rumer Willis: This was a well put together and well styled look, but I would’ve liked to have seen Rumer have more fun with her outfit on this occasion. It all feels a little too stiff. Like she’s on her way to a job interview.
Jessica Pare: I was totally charmed by the transitional Alice + Olivia Fall 2018 floral print on Jessica’s Evelina frock.
Karen Gillan: This Self-Portrait Fall 2018 dress was one of the boldest look on this red carpet. From the colour to the cut-out and gold halter chain, this look made a striking impression.
Kendall Jenner: The model wore a Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini dress which was seamless chic. I love how the corsetry boning remind us of centuries past, while the silhouette and floral-printed jacquard is effortlessly contemporary. Peter and May sunglasses and white pumps completed her look.
Ellen Pompeo: The actress’ mood was a relaxed in this animal print frock style with stark white sneakers.
