2018 Black Girls Rock! Awards
There were plenty more gorgeous girls who hit the red carpet at the Black Girls Rock! 2018 Awards on Sunday (August 26) in Newark, New Jersey.
Amandla Stenberg: Predicting Amandla’s style is damn near impossible at the moment. But I love how she keeps us on our toes. This Thom Browne Fall 2018 striped suit sees her work a boyish look, which may look like it shrunk in the wash, but seeing how the look appeared on the runway, she managed to make it her own.
Leomie Anderson: Like Naomi Campbell, Leomie brought plenty of glamour to the event wearing a gorgeous yellow Galvan London satin dress styled with spiked Christian Louboutin shoes and Tiffany & Co. jewels.
Lena Waithe: The ‘Ready Player One’ actress was ready to rock in Prada wearing a look which was perfectly suited to her no-fuss style.
Misty Copeland: The ballet dancer looked ever so graceful in Cushnie Fall 2018 top and trouser combo styled with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
Ava DuVernay: This Michael Kors Collection black feather-embroidered sequined gown was one of the more impactful looks on this red carpet.
