Kelly Rowland In Uel Camilo – 2018 NBA Awards

Kelly Rowland attended the 2018 NBA Awards on Monday (June 25) in Santa Monica, California.

When I look at this Uel Camilo sheer and feather-festooned gown, my first thought was “hardly ground-breaking”, yet I don’t hate it.

Yes, both trends have been done to death, but there’s something quite nostalgic – early DC4 – about this look which I found myself warming to.
