Emily Ratajkowski’s New York City Summer Style

While tinges of fall and a velvet crush dominated one of Emily Ratajkowski’s recent looks in London, her New York City summer style has proven itself to be far more warm-weather-friendly.

Monday (July 10): With a casually breezy attitude, Emily donned an asymmetric Zara tunic-style shirt with cropped denim for an accessible look didn’t take itself too seriously—until the shoes, of course. Gianvito Rossi chartreuse satin mules were an unexpected way to wrap up the ensemble, simultaneously providing a bold note to the low-key look while also being a bit of a questionable head-scratcher.

Tuesday (July 11): The bohemian vibes were strong in Emily’s second outing with Realisation Par ‘The Violette Summer Loving Green’ dress, creatively worn as a duster over summer’s standard off-duty uniform of a tank and cutoffs. I love how her statement retro-inspired Salvatore Ferragamo sunglasses brought so much attitude to the look, with a Carolina Santo Domingo ‘Corallina’ raffia bag and K.Jacques ‘Epicure’ sandals fitting right into the boho spirit. Boho or not, the top could have used a good steam, though.
