Emma Watson In Elie Saab Couture – ‘Beauty and the Beast’ Shanghai Premiere

The next stop on the ‘Beauty and the Beast’ press tour for Emma Watson was Shanghai, China, where she continued to stun at the premiere there on Monday (February 27).

Her softly glittering Elie Saab Couture creation in tulle and crepe georgette, embroidered with silk thread, sequins, beads and stones, was one of pure enchantment. The matching cape added another element of magic that left me even more entranced, as did her sparkling Repossi jewels.

While she again opted for more of a non-traditional princess moment, I would say that there is so much fairy-tale-inspired fantasy tied up in this gown.

But, even more than that, this look is more than just a dazzling design. It is one that again supports Emma’s environmentally conscious efforts, as the eco-responsible, custom pieces were made in close cooperation with Eco Age using leftover fabrics from previous Haute Couture collections.

Being green has never looked so gorgeous.
