2015 MTV Video Music Awards #VMAs Red Carpet Menswear Roundup
Here is a rundown of all the fellas who took to the red carpet for Sunday’s (August 30) 2015 MTV Video Music Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Nick Jonas: While the singer looks like he’s off to a Harley convention in these Versace leathers, I have to say I love how his red carpet style is so unpredictable.
Brooklyn Beckham: The young footballer took to the red carpet solo wearing a dressy-casual Ralph Lauren look. There are a lot of elements going on here. Does it work for you?
Kanye West: The rapper colour coordinated his Kanye West x adidas Originals khaki outfit with a matching pair of adidas YEEZY Boost 350 sneakers to collect his Video Vanguard award.
John Legend: The singer is usually a snapper dresser, but this Dior Homme head-to-toe look was wrong on so many levels. Starting from the tuxedo tailcoat and black wax coated jeans combo and ending with the poor fit.
Bruno Mars: The Versace-clad singer was joined by his collaborator Mark Ronson who looked like they were up for auditions for the next Miami Vice movie.
Miguel: While this look feels like a mesh between Lenny Kravitz and Johnny Depp’s style, Miguel is totally rocking this rocker look.
Jussie Smollett: The actor/singer continued to showcase his sartorial style in Calvin Klein Collection. I’m yet to see him stick to the classic suit and tie look. I love how he keeps his red carpet looks fresh.
Justin Bieber: Between his new hairstyle and tears during his performance, the last topic of conversation was Justin’s outfit.
Pharrell Williams: The singer and his wife Helen Lasichanh did the double denim thing, styling their looks with workman-like boots and Chanel accessories.
