L’Oreal Paris Collection Exclusive Pure Reds Campaign

L'Oreal Paris Collection Exclusive Pure Reds campaign

Blake Lively, Zoe Saldana, Jane Fonda, Laetitia Casta, Julianne Moore, Liya Kebede, Freida Pinto, Eva Longoria, Natasha Poly and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan star in the latest L’Oreal Paris Collection Exclusive Pure Reds campaign, which was shot by Norman Jean Roy.

Each of the ambassadors are dressed in white (Zoe and Liya in Elie Saab Spring 2014) with a bold red lip, but the twist is they are not all wearing the same shade.

The red lip shades were inspired by their skin tones and even their hair colour to create the perfect match.

L’Oreal is hoping to diminish the fear of choosing such a bold lip colour with the new collection.

L’Oreal make-up artist Lynsey Alexander said, “The correct red should leave you feeling empowered, confident, and sexy all at once whilst ultimately being something you choose to wear and not something that wears you. There is most definitely a perfect red for everyone and if you apply one tone and feel conscious and aware of it then it’s not the one for you.”

All of our favourite L’Oreal girls appear in the ad, with the exception of new girl Kirsten Dunst, Cheryl Cole and Sonam Kapoor.

A few of the shades are below. I’m having a strong pull towards Laetitia’s deep rouge.

why lea michele was not participate in the photoshoots? i was really happy when she was appointed as the new l’oreal ambassador because she doesn’t represent traditional hollywood beauty but more unique and relatable feature. but now all i see is just the same and predictable stars which have not more popularity than lea(blake lively, i’m looking at you).

Why Eva Longoria, Freida Pinto, Zoe Saldana and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan look so white? this is awful. I don’t like it, This is now good, all skin colors are beutiful.

I think this collection is genius, as it is more reflective of the multi-racial world we live in.
