Tina Fey In Christian Siriano & Temperley London – ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere & Press Conference

Tina Fey In Christian Siriano & Temperley London - 'This Is Where I Leave You' Toronto Film Festival Premiere & Press Conference

Tina Fey attended the ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ Sunday premiere at Roy Thomson Hall and the accompanying press conference the next day (September 8) at the TIFF Bell Lightbox, held during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival in Canada. The funny girl worked two seriously sophisticated looks that actually coordinated quite well with each other.

Premiere: The very picture of glamour, the actress was lovely in a Christian Siriano Fall 2014 frock. What would have been a standard-issue dress was elevated to the next level with interesting, textural fabrication and geometric engineered embossing. The futuristic-retro mood was made complete with the bouffant-style ’do and strappy black Jimmy Choo sandals.

Press Conference: Wearing a similar full-skirted silhouette, Tina took the plunge in an impossibly chic Temperley London Resort 2015 v-neck dress with a similar textural effect. Between the perfect plunge and the skinny, waist-cinching black belt, not to mention the deep, midnight-blue colour, this look was my favourite. I even liked the black pumps on this occasion.

I love both, but especially the blue. I think the neckline is very flattering. I don’t need her to change it up – she has found a silhouette that works well for her. I don’t mind if she sticks to it!

I like both looks – they are very lady like.

Love both of these looks, especially the Siriano. But I would love to see her in a shoe color other than black just once.

I love Tina but it’s always the same A-line dress. She is Hollywood thin- a size 6 at most. She can work different silhouettes.

I prefer the 1st – the slightly more modern cut and edgier texture, the perfect sandals and updo for a sleek finish. The 2nd is more typical and the footwear could’ve been more interesting.

She looks good in the Siriano, but I love both the color and neckline of the Temperley dress, plus her hair looks lovely.

Both looks are very pretty, considering Tina doesn’t always get it right. But these are definitely hits.
