Jennifer Lawrence In Marc by Marc Jacobs – ‘American Hustle’ New York Press Conference

Jennifer Lawrence attended the ‘American Hustle’ New York press conference in a room with quite the view at the Mondrian Soho on Saturday.

The actress, who was not donning Dior, revisited the cropped trend with her structured, white top and high-waisted, slouchy black pants by Marc by Marc Jacobs, which she paired with geometric, black-and-white pumps and a simple, one-strand necklace.

Despite its more mannish overtones, there was a sense of restrained sexiness permeating this edgy yet effortless entrance, which was only enhanced by her piece-y ’do, kohl-shadowed eyes and that pretty pink lip.

With New York City acting as a perfect backdrop behind her, I couldn’t help but find this look rather cool and compelling.
