Nieves Alvarez In Gucci – Woolmark’s ‘CampanĚa por la Lana’ Campaign Unveiling
Earlier today, Nieves Alvarez was on hand to unveil Woolmark’s ‘CampanĚa por la Lana’ campaign in Madrid, Spain.
The Campaign for Wool is a global endeavour initiated by its patron, the Prince of Wales, in order to raise awareness amongst consumers about the unique, natural and sustainable benefits offered by wool.
Nieves showcased just how wool can be worn stylishly while keeping warm, wearing a Gucci Pre-Fall 2013 look which consisted of a grey merino-wool sweater worn with a black turtleneck with thumbholes to help keep the sleeves down and hands warm.
The ladylike flourish came via the grey-and-white flannel-wool wrap skirt with a cascading ruffle from the peplum waist, which was accented with a patent-leather buckle belt and styled with black Manolo Blahnik pumps.
