Rachel Bilson attended the People’s Choice Awards 2014 Nominations press conference held at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, California yesterday afternoon.
While the majority of us are bundled up against the cold in sweaters and winter coats, Rachel was oozing a summer vibe not just from her marine-life Milly Spring 2014 crop top and pencil skirt, but also via her white strappy sandals and beach waves.
Yes, this dress would be more appropriate in the April-to-September months (although let’s not forget she lives in sunny California), but I canât help but be totally hypnotized by the colour and print.
