Rachel Bilson attended the CW, CBS And Showtime 2013 Summer TCA Party held in Los Angeles, California, yesterday evening.

The ‘Hart of Dixie’ actress donned a 3.1 Phillip Lim Holiday 2013 white-green-and-blue paillette-covered dress, which was considerably more fresh, fun and youthful than her last outing.

Her styling was kept to a minimum with neutral makeup with a hint of blue around the eyes, a centre-parted, low-slung ponytail and silver ankle-strap open-toe sandals.

While the sheer panel does give the look a slight ice-skater vibe, it’s a party-perfect look nonetheless.
