Best Dressed Of The Week - Sandra Bullock In Prabal Gurung, Armie Hammer In Tom Ford & David Gandy

Sandra Bullock secured an easy best dressed win this week wearing a purple hued Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2013 frock.

It was one of her best looks on this tour so far. It was a super chic look, plus we were all glad it wasn’t another black frock.

Our menswear choices differed.

You selected the always well-dressed, handsome model; David Gandy, while I opted for Armie Hammer’s Tom Ford suit.

Like Sandy, he didn’t go for the norm; selecting a pale-pink summery suit styled with a sleek maroon tie.

Hopefully the trend for more colourful options when it comes to men’s suits will continue.

Sandra Bullock In Prabal Gurung - 'The Heat' Boston Premiere

I am really enjoying Sandra Bullock’s return to the red carpet for the promotion of her latest movie, ‘The Heat’.

On Thursday she attended the movie’s premiere in Boston, Massachusetts wearing a Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2013 purple sheath dress with a draped bodice, shoulder loop detail and organza double hem.

Sandra has displayed an enviable selection of footwear on this tour, so I wasn’t surprised to see her don the Casadei for Prabal Gurung black ankle strap pumps with a white toe-cap which were presented with this dress in the look book.

Sleek straight tresses and flawless makeup completed her look. I pray I look this good at 48.

Kristen Wiig In Prabal Gurung - 'Imogene' Paris Premiere

Kristen Wiig attended the Paris premiere of her latest movie ‘Imogene’ on Tuesday as part of the Champs Elysees Film Festival.

The funny gal wore a white-and-black Prabal Gurung draped three-quarter-sleeve dress featuring the curved cut-out detail synonymous with the designer’s Fall 2013 collection.

I love the uniqueness of her on-trend dress, but I am disappointed by her caramel Pierre Hardy pumps.

A black-and-white graphic pump would have perfected the look. Just imagine what Sophia Webster studded sandals would’ve brought to this look, or even the Saint Laurent toe-cap pumps if she wanted something more conservative..

A Giuseppe Zanotti clutch with gold panels, kohl-rimmed eyes and a nude glossy lip colour completed her look.

Do her shoes get a thumbs up or down from you?

Gwyneth Paltrow In Prabal Gurung - Licensing Expo 2013

Gwyneth Paltrow delivered a keynote address at the Licensing Expo 2013 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday.

The actress, who attended with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson, wore a Prabal Gurung Fall 2013 look which consisted of an ivory silk-charmeuse halter blouse with an organza ruffle paired with straight-leg black pants.

Gwyneth’s version of the top doesn’t feature the baroque print, but it does feature the same gold-studded detail at the neckline.

As someone who is a fan of Gwynnie’s shoe closet, I’m disappointed that I can’t see what she was serving us on this occasion.

No changes to the hair; however, the actress did add a beautiful pair of statement earrings to her look.

Chen Shu In Prabal Gurung - 19th Annual Shanghai Television Festival

Chen Shu attended the 19th Annual Shanghai Television Festival held at the Himalayan Art Center in Shanghai, China last week.

The Asian beauty wore a drape-front black-and-white Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2013 halter gown with cut-out details at the shoulder and a slit at the back.

While I loved the dress, the styling didn’t work for me. Her Tiffany jewels were perfect; however, the Alexander McQueen light-blue clutch feels very out of place, plus the gold knuckle clasp doesn’t complement her Tiffany diamonds.

I have never been a fan of mixing metals and this is a classic reason why – it pulls down the whole look.
