Emma Stone In Michael Kors – Gilda’s Club Benefit Luncheon

Emma Stone attended the 2013 Gilda’s Club Benefit Luncheon on Wednesday in New York City.

The ‘Amazing Spider-Man 2′ actress wore a pleated blouse and narrow-cut lace pants from the Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2013 collection, matched with pointy black Christian Louboutin heels.

Despite the top-and-trousers combo, this lacy entrance still had a semi-feminine, boardroom-meets-boudoir effect. You could definitely see the designer’s ’50s-inspired influences for Pre-Fall at work here.

But there was something about the buttery-beige hue and the heaviness of the black pants that started to put me off this look.

Perhaps it seemed too solemn for May, and I’ve seen Emma in far better colours for her fair complexion and glossy blonde locks.

Fresh-faced makeup (which allowed a smattering of freckles to show through) and a coral-pink lip did add a lighter note.

Miranda Kerr In Michael Kors – 2013 Met Gala

Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr looked ravishing on the red carpet of the Met Gala.

As a guest of Michael Kors, Miranda wore a stunning cut-out black gown that fit like a glove. Her spiked Christian Louboutin clutch and diamond bangles offered a great hard-yet-elegant addition to the look.

This gown was made for Miranda, because very few other people in the world have her petite frame and perfectly toned abs.

The deep berry lips and glossy curls are definitely more feminine than punk, but this look is a total win for me.

Jennifer Lopez In Michael Kors – 2013 Met Gala

Jennifer Lopez was a guest of Michael Kors at the Met Gala.

The singer/actress looked ravishing in the slinky, sequined leopard-esque Michael Kors gown, which she accented with Dana Rebecca Designs earrings and a Rona Pfeiffer ring.

The gown is stunning, although not punk, but let’s get real, the real star of this show is the hair–look at that hair!

Jennifer’s sculptural fauxhawk updo is a piece of art and beyond fierce. She is owning this nod to punk and is doing a pretty good job of stealing the hair show at this point, in my opinion!

I also love her smokey eye and flawless golden skin, but once again–that gorgeous hair!

Who Wore Michael Kors Better…Emily Blunt or Natasha Yarovenko?

Emily Blunt was one of my best-dressed stars to grace the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards back in February.

The British actress looked divine wearing a Michael Kors Resort 2013 gold embroidered gown with cut-out details, which she styled with stunning pink-and-red gemstone earrings and a Ferragamo clutch.

Natasha Yarovenko wore the same gown in black, adding a punchy red Christian Louboutin clutch and a chic top-knot to her look.

I much prefer the richness of the gold gown compared to the black. Had they worn the same colour gown, Emily’s styling would’ve still won me over, especially with those earrings.

Myleene Klass In Michael Kors – The Laurence Olivier Awards 2013

Myleene Klass attended The Laurence Olivier Awards held at The Royal Opera House in London on Sunday evening.

Her toned bod was on display as she was wearing a head-turning Michael Kors Spring 2013 gown with geometric cut-out details.

As the gown was statement enough, the TV presenter and musician opted not to add any jewels or a clutch, keeping the sophisticated look clean and simple with barely there makeup and a ponytail completing her look.

You may remember that Alicia Keys wore this same gown to the NRJ Music Awards earlier this year, and both Karlie Kloss and Gwyneth Paltrow wore the shorter version of this look to the 2013 Grammy Awards and the Michael Kors Golden Heart Gala respectively.

Michael Kors Dinner Hosted By Vogue

There were many more stars who joined Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for the Michael Kors dinner hosted by Vogue in London yesterday evening.

Samantha Barks: The British actress strikes a pose wearing a sexy black bodysuit with an open back with black leggings from Michael Kors’ Pre-Fall 2013 collection, which she accented with a black leather corset-like belt. The smouldering brunette beauty completed her look with a black ‘Gia’ clutch and ‘Barbara’ heels from the Fall 2013 collection.

Daisy Lowe: The beautiful British model channelled her inner screen siren, wearing a Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2013 black lace dress with a full skirt. It’s the styling which gives the look a classic retro feel.

Yasmin Le Bon: The supermodel was just one of the attendees wearing stripes from Michael Kors Spring 2013 collection. Her midnight-blue-and-green striped shell-and-sequin pleat skirt, which was styled with green strappy sandals, was recently worn by Hilary Rhoda at the New York dinner party.
