Zhang Ziyi In Armani Privé – 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Zhang Ziyi In Armani Privé - 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Zhang Ziyi, nominated in the Best Actress category for her role in ‘The Grandmaster’, graced the red carpet for the 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards on Sunday (April 9) in Hong Kong.

You won’t be surprised to learn that the actress wore an Armani Prive Spring 2014 look, as the Asian actress tends to wear the brand for big occasions, plus she was front row at the show back in January to personally pick this piece.

Just last week she wore Armani Privé to the 8th Asian Film Awards , and on this occasion she selected a beaded jacket for some sparkle, with a midnight-blue floor-sweeping skirt giving the look graceful fluidity.

A black clutch, dark pink pumps and a selection of silver jewels provided the finishing touches to her sophisticated look.

I’m delighted to see her back to giving us head-to-toe perfection.

The actress wore an uber-chic Armani Prive Spring 2014 patterned ensemble featuring a slit neckline, a contrasting-print peplum waist, and a central slit in the voluminous skirt.

Opting for a modest platform heel, she styled her look with a gold clutch, neutral makeup and a slick ponytail.

Scarlett Johansson In Armani Privé – ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ LA Premiere

Scarlett Johansson In Armani Privé - 'Captain America The Winter Soldier' LA Premiere

Scarlett Johansson attended the premiere of Marvel’s ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ held at the El Capitan Theatre on Thursday (March 13) in Hollywood, California.

Like Jennifer Connelly earlier in the week, Scarlett went back into the Couture archives for her red carpet look.

She looked gorgeous wearing an Armani Prive Spring 2009 black-and-white ensemble featuring a white lace V-neck peplum top emphasized with exaggerated shoulders and black tassel detail, paired with a black high-waisted slim-fit lace skirt accented with floral embroidery and a slight ruffled hem.

With her burgeoning baby bump, it’s good to see she’s not going the Kerry Washington route of red carpet maternity dressing by opting for an unflattering frock.

This look sculpts her gorgeous figure, ensuring an enviable silhouette.

Gold statement earrings, lace pumps and side-swept tresses completed her look.

You can buy Scarlett’s Christian Louboutin Pigalace Pumps from Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.

Cate Blanchett In Armani Privé – Oscars 2014

Cate Blanchett In Armani Prive - 2014 Oscars

Cate Blanchett glided down the red carpet at the 2014 Oscars held the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (March 2) in Hollywood, California like a graceful swan.

It was a no-brainer that she would wear Armani Prive once again, as she usually turns to the Italian designer for the grand occasions.

I love how she brought some romance to the red carpet wearing a soft gold-coloured cap-sleeve gown featuring a long, flared tulle skirt with crinoline edging, fully embroidered with raised dégradé sequins and light gold Swarovski crystal baguettes.

As if the gown wasn’t embellished enough, she added some dazzling Chopard jewels, including a pair of opal drop earrings that I’m sure cost a pretty penny.

Along with Lupita Nyong’o and Amy Adams, she gave me goosebumps living up to the occasion and surpassing expectations.

Cate Blanchett In Armani Privé – Giorgio Armani Celebrates Martin Scorsese And Paolo Sorrentino

Cate Blanchett In Armani Privé - Giorgio Armani Celebrates Martin Scorsese And Paolo Sorrentino

Cate Blanchett attended the Giorgio Armani special celebration honoring Martin Scorsese and Paolo Sorrentino hosted by Roberta Armani at the Giorgio Armani Flagship Boutique on Friday (February 28) in Beverly Hills, California.

This was the Australian actress’ second Couture gown of the evening.

For this occasion she wore a shimmering black Armani Prive Fall 2012 jumpsuit with colourful beadwork that I has been on my red carpet wish list for a while.

Oozing charm, elegant and sophistication, the neckline was slightly modified which I found surprising considering her Givenchy gown at the AACTA Awards had a very deep plunge.

Opting for a flawless dewy glow, she completed her look with an updo and black clutch.

Of her two looks, this is my favourite. Which Cate Couture look do you favour?
