Charlize Theron In Christian Dior – ‘Tully’ LA Premiere

Charlize Theron made a stunning appearance at the LA premiere for ‘Tully’ on Wednesday (April 18).

Her long, pleated black maxi dress from Dior’s Fall 2018 collection was equal parts chic and contemporary, with the statement coming from the butterfly motifs.

I adore how the Fred Leighton earrings played a huge part amping up the desirability of this look.

To me, this is proof that understate elegance doesn’t have to be plain or boring.

Paris Jackson In Elie Saab – CASA of Los Angeles’ 2018 Evening to Foster Dreams Gala

Paris Jackson attended the CASA Of Los Angeles’ 2018 Evening To Foster Dreams Gala held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday (April 18) in California.

I love how her Elie Saab tonal-green palm-print gown evokes a sun-soaked tropical destination which was the theme of the designers Resort 2018 collection.

The print and open back provided enough drama, so I felt the necklaces were really unnecessary here.

Earrings by Established as well as earrings and rings by EF Collection and an box clutch completed her look.

Styling wise, less would’ve been more.

Do you agree?

Adwoa Aboah In Emory Bee – Global Citizen Live London

Global Citizen hosts festivals around the world, bringing together some of the biggest names in music, world leaders, and global citizens to influence positive change on a global scale.

On Tuesday (April 17), they hosted an event in Brixton, London, which was attended by Vogue cover model Adwoa Aboah.

“Velvet, in summer?” I hear you say.

While it does seem like a strange choice as temperature rise, Adwoa does what she does best by making this Emory Bee taupe duster and lounge pants combo look cool.

Styled with a Fendi FF strap bag, John Hardy jewels and bejewelled sneakers did she make velvet in summer a viable look for you?

Queen Rania of Jordan In Sara Battaglia – Austrian President Visit

Queen Rania and King Abdullah II of Jordan welcomed Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, and his wife First Lady Doris Schmidauer to the Royal Hashemite Court in Jordan today (April 18).

I appreciate Queen Rania’s style any day of the week, but I was particular taken by this effortless look as temperatures soared in London today.

The look consisted of a simple tailored white shirt, tucked into a 50s style Sara Battaglia gingham skirt from the Spring 2018 collection, but if you delved deeper you’ll appreciate the directional take of this skirt with its built-in corset and asymmetrical button placket; accented with a bow for a sweet, feminine flourish.

The pale-pink pumps are gorgeous, while the top handle bag adds a sense of formality to the feel-good look.

Very Carolina Herrera in the overall styling. I adore this look.

Natalie Dormer In Roksanda – Marriott International Loyalty Programme Launch Party

Natalie Dormer helped celebrate the Marriott International Loyalty Programme Launch on Tuesday (April 17) in London, England. She joined Naomie Harris.

There are a few similarities between both actress’s looks given they both donned Roksanda and vibrant blue shoes. The similarities end there because Naomie opted for vibrant yellow while Natalie went with a more subdued colour palette.

The designer is known for colourblocking and arresting shade combinations, but you’ll have to look closely at the former ‘Game of Thrones’ star’s maroon dress to see the other hue is circling the neckline.

The detail succeeds in drawing attention to her gorgeous face and blue eyes.

The footwear ties in the eye-catching neck band.
