Kerry Washington In Calvin Klein – 2012 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner

There was something very familiar about Kerry Washington’s dress as she hit the red carpet at the 2012 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, held on Saturday at the Washington Hilton.

The ‘Scandal’ actress wore a coral Calvin Klein dress with long sleeves and a v-neck slit which instantly made me think of Emma Stone’s 2011 Golden Globes gown.

Kerry accessorized with a snakeskin Roger Vivier clutch, Dean Harris statement earrings and rings by Finn.

I would’ve loved this look more had the dress been more fitted, but she looks gorgeous nonetheless.

Her sophisticated look was completed with a clean, simple ponytail, smoky eye makeup and a coral lip shade which matched her dress.

Kerry Washington In Stella McCartney – ‘Django Unchained’ Cancun Photocall

Kerry Washington joined Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz for the ‘Django Unchained’ photocall during Summer of Sony 4 Spring Edition held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, yesterday.

The actress gave us yet another Stella McCartney look, this time from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

She looked beautiful in her long-sleeved blue dress with an ornate floral print.

I love prints with an exotic flavour so I’m a huge fan of this dress, but I’m once again baffled by yet another long-sleeve Fall dress worn in Cancun, Mexico, of all places in April.

Personally I can’t wait to wear my summer clothes, but the weather in London just won’t permit it at this moment.

Wavy tresses, beige Jimmy Choo ‘Cosmic’ platform pumps and a single gold bracelet completed her look.

Kerry Washington In Michael Kors & Jill Stuart – ‘Scandal’ Promo Tour

Kerry Washington was very busy last week promoting her new TV series, ‘Scandal’ which air Thursdays on ABC.

On Thursday Washington was spotted making her way to the ABC studios in New York City for a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’.

She was all smiles in her Michael Kors Fall 2012 fitted dress.

The silver printed long-sleeve dress was teamed with fall-like coloured accessories.

A red clutch and raspberry suede heels were complemented with a red pout.

Kerry left the studios wearing a black dress with leather sleeves, whilst still carrying her red clutch.

The main talking point here is her Nicholas Kirkwood graffiti satin pumps which prevent the look from feeling too stale and boring.

Kerry’s final stop was BET’s ‘106 & Park’. This time she opted for something more youthful pairing a yellow Suno Fall 2012 top with a pleated Jill Stuart Fall 2012 leather skirt.

Another pair of edgy Kirkwood’s would’ve been welcome her, but she opted for black pumps.

Kerry Washington In Altuzarra – An Evening With Shonda Rhimes & Friends’

Kerry Washington was in North Hollywood, California, yesterday evening for The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Presents ‘Welcome To ShondaLand: An Evening With Shonda Rhimes & Friends’ at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre.

The actress donned an Altuzarra Spring 2012 dress.

Her black dress with a drill skirt with a padded v-neck was accessorized with white Reed Krakoff pumps, to complement the white panels on her skirt, and a gunmetal-grey clutch.

Soft waves, kohl-rimmed eyes and a pink lip colour completed her look.

I honestly would’ve preferred black pumps to white with this look, even though both put a cold shiver down my spine.

Kerry Washington In Cushnie et Ochs – 5th Annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon

Current cover girl, Kerry Washington, was honoured at the 5th Annual ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon held in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

Like Emma Stone, Kerry chose a winter-white ensemble for the event by wearing a Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2012 peplum skirt suit.

Thankfully, Kerry accessorizes her strong look with bright accessories, including cherry red Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ heels and unique Kate Spade ‘Make Headlines Travel Edition Magazine Clutch’ clutch.

A bright red lippie finishes the look.

Kerry Washington In Jenny Packham – Disney/ABC Television Group’s TCA Winter Press Tour

Kerry Washington stepped out in Pasadena, CA, on Tuesday evening for the Disney and ABC Television Group TCA Winter Press Event.

Wearing sequins well into the New Year, Kerry stood out in a gold Jenny Packham Fall 2011 mini-dress with cut-away long-sleeve details.

We would have expected to see this sparkly number on someone like Miley Cyrus, but Kerry makes it work despite her uninspiring footwear choice.

A looser hairstyle may have softened this look though.
