Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Here is a round up of the rest of the looks from the 2011 Golden Globe Awards.

“Modern Family” actress Julie Bowen looked breath-taking wearing a Tadashi Shoji Spring 2011 dove grey antique crinkled silk chiffon beaded floral detail gown, which she teamed with a Judith Leiber ‘Katarina’ grey satin clutch.

Christina Hendricks looked stunning wearing a red hot Romona Keveza elegant silk crepe one shoulder gown with ruffled strap which she teamed with a Judith Leiber Fleurs minaudière.

I just wish she pulled her hair back so it wasn’t competing with the ruffled detail on her shoulder.

Vanessa Williams gave me old school glamour wearing a vintage pink sequined one shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown.

Her body is to die for and those earrings are divine.

Much like Angelina Jolie, I’ve found it really difficult to get excited about Christina Aguilera’s red carpet looks for the “Burlesque” promo tour.

That changed last night at the Berlin Premiere, as I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely she looked.

She wore a fuchsia Alberta Ferretti chiffon halter gown with a knotted detail keeping the twins under control.

Christina opted for matching lippie and wore her back with a Heidi braid.

Stephen Webster jewels, Garrard Wings hoop earrings and Christian Louboutin Maggie pumps completed her look.

It’s great to see a twinkle back in her eyes.

Christina Aguilera maybe in tiny, but she sure did fill up with red carpet with her personality at the “Burlesque” London Premiere last night.

The crowd went crazy for her as she walked the pink carpet wearing a Zuhair Murad Spring 2011 dress.

She added a fur stole to her look on what was an extremely cold night in London.

At first I thought she was wearing a bra with a strapless dress, but the straps are actually incorporated into her dress.

I loved the sparkle in her bustier, but the fur stole and tights aged her look.

Whenever I see Christina I feel like she’s stuck in a time warp.

I would love to see her make a comeback with a totally fresh new style as everything about her feels so dated.

Christina Aguilera opted for black again at the “Burlesque” Madrid Premiere last night.

She wore a Marchesa Resort 2011 dress.

The black fringed embellished dress with plunging neckline and an open back was paired with her favourite YSL Tribtoo patent leather pumps.

Her bright red lips and matching nails provided the only pops of colour from her look.

I really hope Christina is able to define her style and bring back the wow factor that has been missing from this promo tour.

I’m more interested in the dress than her in the dress. She fails to add any sparkle to it.

Christina Aguilera opted for a more demure look when she attended the “Burlesque” Tokyo Premiere at Roppongi Hills Arena in Japan earlier today.

It looks like all our bad girls are becoming good girls.

The star formerly known as Xtina wore an Elie Saab Spring 2010 black dress with YSL pumps.

Her capped sleeved dress with shoulder pads has a plunging ruched neckline and exposed zippers.

Although I miss the sexy Christina, I do love this look.

For once the make-up looks beautiful and not applied too heavily, and her hair looks pretty so I find nothing to fault.

Her Japanese hosts presented her with the cake this week because Burlesque opens in cinemas on December 18 which is her birthday.

Christina Aguilera attended the “Burlesque” LA Premiere with her co-star Cher at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater last night.

Christina wore an Elie Saab Fall 2008 gown.

I love the emerald green colour and the modifications on the bodice, but I can’t help but feel slightly let down by Christina.

I really expected her to go all out for this premiere. Guns blazing.

Had her look been too literal in relation to the movie it would’ve come off cheesy, but I would’ve preferred a bit of Xtina on the red carpet last night.

Demure Christina doesn’t quite work for me.

Christian Louboutin Eugenie pumps and Neil Lane jewels completed the look.
