Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture - ‘The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1' Cannes Photocall

Jennifer Lawrence attended ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1’ photocall during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival this afternoon (May 17) in Cannes, France.

Wearing her second Dior look of the day, the actress wore a Spring 2014 Couture two-piece consisting of a white A-line crop top featuring a landscape print with an A-line skirt marrying sharp lines and softness.

I love the paillettes details on the look, which adds to the fresh, clean appeal.

Silver metallic Christian Louboutin pumps, Ana Khouri yellow-gold and diamond pearl Charlotte ring, and triangle-shaped Irene Neuwirth earrings completed her look.

I was tempted to say this look was too twee for her, but realised that this was because she usually dresses too old for her age.

It’s refreshing to see her in something so youthful.

Eva Green In Elie Saab - 'The Salvation' Cannes Photocall

Eva Green attended ‘The Salvation’ photocall this morning (May 17) during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

Dressed in her favourite colour – black – the actress wore a classic tailored Elie Saab jumpsuit with a lace top and flattering straight-leg silhouette, which featured the brand’s signature thin belt.

I love how this look offers an impactful, but no less feminine, alternative to a dress.

Does anyone want to bet against her wearing black this evening for her midnight premiere?

Lea Seydoux In Prada - 'Saint Laurent ' Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Lea Seydoux attended the ‘Saint Laurent’ photocall during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival on Saturday (May 17) in Cannes, France.

The French actress opted for blue, perhaps in homage to her previous movie, ‘Blue Is The Warmest Colour’, or because this shade of blue looks so damn good on her – especially with her strawberry-blonde wavy tresses.

Dressed in Prada, Lea showcased feminine flair in this masculine double-breasted suit, which she paired with a silk white buttoned-up blouse.

Accessorizing with maroon Prada heels with a gold studded heel, dark nail polish and smouldering blue eye makeup completed her look.

Salma Hayek In Bottega Veneta - ‘Hommage Au Cinema D'Animation’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Salma Hayek made an appearance during Cannes Film Festival this afternoon (May 17), attending the photocall for ‘Hommage Au Cinema D’Animation’.

The actress opted for a very sophisticated sheath dress from Bottega Veneta’s Pre-Fall 2014 collection featuring a pink metallic panel accented with lace, which gives this classic piece a contemporary twist plus the illusion of a tiny waist.

Matching ankle-strap bow-front pumps accessorized her look, with wavy tresses providing the finishing touches.

I’m excited to see the First Lady of Fashion take to the red carpet for the premiere.

Will it be Gucci Première, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen or even Christopher Kane?

Check back later.

America Ferrera In Louis Vuitton & Missoni - ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2′ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

America Ferrera joined Cate Blanchett on the red carpet this afternoon (May 16) for the ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2′ photocall during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

As you know, I have been praying to the fashion gods for a while now for America to continue her delightfully colourful red carpet run, so at this moment I couldn’t feel more blessed as my prayers are clearly being answered.

Working a body-con silhouette, the actress wore a bright-yellow Louis Vuitton top with a neon-orange Missoni pencil skirt, which she styled with Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps in a nude hue with orange piping.

This fresh, clean daytime appearance is definitely one of my favourites of recent weeks.

Orange is the new black.
