‘The Sense Of An Ending’ Gala Screening

It was an all British affair for the gala screening of ‘The Sense of an Ending’ at Picturehouse Central on Thursday (April 6) in London.

Stacy Martin: I love the carefree spirit of Stacy’s modish Prada Spring 2017 look which features the new update on the infamous pout print. The look was of course styled with chunky Prada sandals.

Billy Howle: Sleek and contemporary, this Gucci Resort 2017 black-azure Monaco suit is cut in a slim fit to embody the brand’s streamlined aesthetic. Thankfully Billy’s trousers reached his ankles, unlike the model in the look book.

Freya Mavor: I have stated several times that I am very much fatigue by sheer gowns, but on the odd occasion – like on Sienna Miller – I can find myself warming to the odd one or two. On this occasion I found myself mildly horrified by Freya’s decision to wear white boy shorts with her Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2017 black sheer dress. Surely black would’ve been a better option. Further proof that this trend needs to die. ASAP.

‘The Lost City Of Z’ LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

A trio of handsome faces joined their co-star Sienna Miller for ‘The Lost City Of Z’ premiere on Wednesday (April 5) in LA.

Charlie Hunnam: The actor stuck with a colour that suits him so well in this deep blue Gucci ensemble paired with Christian Louboutin shoes. The beauty of the suit was in the small details with its delicate dashed pinstripe that was likewise enhanced by the subtle whimsy of his bee-printed tie.

Tom Holland: Continuing his run of sharp tailoring, Tom chose a double-breasted, charcoal-gray Emporio Armani suit that he wore with effortless ease despite its all-buttoned-up appeal.

Robert Pattinson
: At first glance, you may have found this Dior Homme suit to be quite plain. But the midnight-navy piece features a unique mottled texture, accessorized by the gleam of patent black dress shoes.

Menswear Roundup

From New York City to LA, here is a quick roundup of the latest menswear looks from a trio of actors.

Rami Malek: In attendance at the Montblanc & UNICEF Gala Dinner on Monday (April 3) in New York City, the actor wore a Burberry midnight-navy suit with a MONTBLANC ‘Heritage Spirit Automatic’ timepiece. Rather than a tie, he opted for a decorative button-down shirt with an artistic motif that reminded me of Modigliani paintings.

Chris Evans: Looking quite dapper as per, Chris was at the LA premiere of ‘Gifted’ on Tuesday (April 4). His three-piece Dolce & Gabbana suit got an extra boost from its embossed, dark emerald sheen contrasted by a bright blue tie. Christian Louboutin ‘Greggo’ shoes completed his look.

Hugh Jackman: With a more traditional suited-up look than Rami, Hugh was at the same event in sharp blue tailoring, where he made sure to show off his MONTBLANC ‘Heritage Spirit Orbis Terrarum’ timepiece.

Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards Menswear Roundup

It wasn’t just about the girls at the Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday (April 2) in West Hollywood, as a few guys also showed off their sartorial attitude.

Matthew Noszka: The model displayed his star power in a Ports 1961 star-embossed suit paired with Max Verre loafers. I think I would have liked this look more with a plain button-down or tee as opposed to the ruffle tux shirt, as it made it feel a bit forced.

Nick Jonas: Suave in a double-breasted Bally Spring 2017 chocolate-brown suit, Nick balanced style-forward appeal with a sense of ease.

Shaun Ross: Known for his avant-garde edge, it’s no surprise the model was his own version of a red-carpet warrior in this Ports 1961 Fall 2016 robe-like ensemble complete with a gladiator belt and heavy-duty platform boots. Costume-quality aside, it looked rather warmish as he’s clearly not ready for the spring.

SXSW Film Festival Weekend Menswear Roundup

Ryan Gosling and Michael Fassbender joined co-stars Rooney Mara and Berenice Marlohe for the ‘Song To Song’ premiere during the 2017 SXSW Film Festival on Friday (March 10) in Austin, Texas.

Ryan Gosling: As stated previously, this film festival is more of a relaxed affair, but that didn’t persuade Ryan from stepping out of his Gucci-clad comfort-zone. He may have gone sans tie, but there was still a very formal feel about this red carpet outing, which I am not begrudging at all.

Michael Fassbender: The Irish actor nailed his look by seamlessly marrying informality and refinement; topped off with Tom Ford shades.

2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Menswear Roundup

It was definitely ladies night at the 2017 Oscars parties, but a few men joined in on the sartorial parade of looks at the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party and Elton John’s AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (February 26).

Armie Hammer: Sleek and sophisticated, the actor dressed to impress in a Tom Ford tux styled with a Montblanc timepiece, but it was his wife, Elizabeth Chambers, who really put on the glitz in this berry-hued Monique Lhuillier Resort 2017 embellished gown.

Jared Leto: We can also rely on Jared to keep us on our toes, and he did just that with this Gucci Spring 2017 ensemble paired with Gucci black leather GG Marmont loafers. With the craziness of this spitfire look, he obviously wanted to stand out from the crowd—and that he did.
