Christa B. Allen shined on the red carpet at the 15th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards last night in Beverly Hills, California.
The ‘Revenge’ actress wore a gown from the Rafael Cennamo Fall 2013 collection.
The actress looks fresh-faced and beautiful in this flattering gold brocade gown. The voluminous skirt looks youthful and fashion-forward, while the appliquéd bodice is just the right amount of sexy.
Keeping her her makeup fresh and simple, the star lets her gown be the star of the show and doesn’t look like she’s trying too hard to make a statement.
Sadly, when compared to the model I prefer the shorter length of the dress. Also with that decorative bodice wearing her hair up was mandatory.

Horrible from head to toe. I’m not a fan of this dress to begin with, but seeing how awfully different it looks on Christa makes me dislike this look even more.

This looks terrible on her. This is so overpowering all you see is dress.
The bulky ott skirt is overwhelming, the hair should’ve been up, not a fan.

Her makeup seems nice and fresh, but I agree with others above that the dress overpowers her.

Love the skirt–on the model. The bodice is too sheer on both. The whole thing totally overwhelms Christa, and she shouldn’t have worn her hair down. The skirt also is not full enough on her, so the whole thing is a no.
Yikes!! I don’t know what is going here but this girl is on a downward slope. She was looking cute for a minute there and wearing good designers! What happened?

Among many other things, the dress is really wearing her, when it should be the other way round. I really hope someone who can rock this dress and style it accordingly wears it sometime in the future. It needs to be redeemed.
